Great dosage! The endocrinologist prescribed it, and I donated blood for vitamin D, finding a significant shortage close to critical levels. Now, vitamin D3 feels essential. With it, the swelling from my swollen lymph nodes subsided, I started losing weight, and my hair loss decreased significantly, with new hairs sprouting. Did your lips swell? The first time I used it, my lips swelled dramatically. Initially, I couldn't understand why, but after another dose, they swelled again. I think the effect on thicker lips might be due to vitamin D. I am still adjusting to this.
